These terms govern your use of Cadence. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Cadence: no attempts to breach security, disrupt the service, or use it to store unlawful content.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Plan changes are prorated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability
We work to keep Cadence available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data for 30 days.
This is a product document for Cadence. For a live deployment, legal copy should be reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction.
