Data processing agreement

This agreement covers how Cadence processes personal data on your behalf when you act as a data controller.

Roles

For workspace data you upload, you are the data controller and Cadence is the data processor. We process that data only on your documented instructions.

Security measures

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. A summary is published in the trust centre.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of vetted sub-processors to run the service. We maintain a current list and give notice of changes.

Data subject requests

We assist you in responding to data subject requests and in meeting your obligations under applicable data protection law.

Breach notification

If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, we notify you without undue delay with the information you need to respond.
