This policy explains what data Cadence collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the product.

What we collect

Account data: your name, email, and password hash. We never store passwords in plain text.

Workspace data: the customers, metrics, and team information you add to Cadence.

Usage data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

To provide the service you signed up for, to secure your account, and to support you when you ask for help.

The lawful basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in a secure service.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Cadence, under contract, and only as needed.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email privacy@cadence.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Workspace data is kept while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.

This is a product document for Cadence. For a live deployment, legal copy should be reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction.
